NAVEEN GUPTA-Naveen is an engineer from IIT Delhi and an MBA from University of Chicago USA. In the past while working as a consultant with the management consulting firm of BOOZ ALLEN HAMILTON he helped Fortune 500 US based companies transform their businesses. He currently heads an India based business manufacturing precast concrete products in Haryana and Tamil Nadu.
RISHABH JAINI-Rishabh completed his B. Tech from NSIT (Delhi University) in 2014. He worked as a business analyst with US-based management consulting firm Bain & Co. where he worked with businesses from developing markets for creating strategies to scale. Since the past ~5 years he has been working on transforming his family business of construction chemicals. He is extremely passionate about improving the working style of Indian MSMEs.
